behavioral traits
charlie absorbed & alert When they are cleaning themselves, they seem oblivious to the rest of the world. But in an instant, the slightest disturbance will bring their focus back to the present. The drawings below are of Charlie absorbed in cleaning himself and then being suddenly and rudely interrupted from his task. When I did the painting, I wanted to put both states into one piece to emphasize how they almost overlap in time.
